Rocky was highly recommended by a friend who was also his former client. Right from the first day he has been very supportive, patience is his virtue and calmness is inherent in him. He made sure that the negotiations were for his client's best interest. He is knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate market. He replies in a timely manner. The best experienced we had was when he re-negotiated the price of the offer and the possession date of the house we love to buy.
