When I decided to sell my house, a friend recommended Rob Johnstone. From the very first meeting it was clear that Rob had intricate knowledge of the real estate market. He was able to provide a comprehensive breakdown of comparable homes in order to set a competitive selling price. Even though the house was not selling at first due to uncertainty around constant mortgage rate hikes, he was adamant based on market valuations of similar homes that we could get our desired price. Once the rate hikes stopped and the weather improved, Rob reached out to hold an open house at the most opportune time. Patience paid off as we were able to get 2 offers, both well over listing.
