Rob did an absolutely amazing job selling our home and purchasing a new property all done long distance. With the sale of our home Rob went above and beyond to get the home sold within weeks well professional dealing with tenants during a pandemic. Rob has sold 2 homes for us, both with accepted offers within a few days. The first we got 98% of list, the second 100%! He is genuine, caring and knows his stuff. He met with us, told us what we had to do to get the homes presentable. Yes, we worked or butts off to get them ready, but so did he from the marketing side.
