Rob guided us through the buying process of our new home as a pro. He was prompt to get back to us with any questions we had, he guided us well when navigating what may or may not have been a multiple offers situation. There was no stress, thank you Rob.

So many factors are out of the hands of realtors. The ones that recognize and communicate these factors and how to mitigate them are the ones that I want to use, and Rob is excellent at this. 5 stars is an understatement. This realtor deserves the entire night sky!

Rob was helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable as he helped us look at different options for our new home. We do not know the areas of Sherwood Park very well, and he helped us make an informed decision. We were coming in from out of town and he was very accommodating to our schedule when looking at different homes. He made the whole process of buying a new home easy!
