My husband and I chose Robert Woodland as our realtor because of his knowledge, professionalism, and experience. During our time working with Robert we also came to realize that he truly does represent his clients' interests in all aspects of real estate negotiations, including, obviously, getting the absolutely best possible price for his clients, but also in other areas of negotiations and the contract that might not be obvious to anyone who isn't immersed in real estate dealings. We are very pleased with the experience we had working with Robert and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for realtor.

Robert has been great! Always answers emails quickly, never leaves us hanging on a question and has been extremely knowledgeable about all the neighbourhoods we visited. When selling our place we were very pleased with the professionalism of the entire process, from the excellent quality pictures, great property description, to the difficult time spent with potential buyers during covid. Our place sold quick! We really appreciate how Robert takes his job seriously and is the most knowledgeable realtor we have worked with, it makes us feel comfortable that we have him and his team working with us on these very expensive life changing decisions.
