Rob was a calming influence in what was a very stressful time for us after getting our notice and renters and deciding to buy. He presented us with great options some of which we had originally passed over in panicked state. Rober is a very hard working Real Estate Agent. He is knowledgeable and respond to your email and questions very quickly. I found a house that I liked in the middle of the night (around 10pm) and quickly email Robert to book for a viewing (thinking he will answer my email in the morning); however, before 11pm he already had an appointment book for me and email me back. During every viewing Robert would see, take notes, and follow up with an email to point out potential costly problems so I can decide if the house is worth the rish. He see think that things that most people don't see. I would recommend Robert Woodland to anyone buying or selling! You will be please working with Robert.
