He was easy to reach and communicate with. He was open and honest. He was great to view houses with, he was always looking at everything in depth, viewing the ceilings and any locations that could have issues. He always pointed out issues or upgrades I overlooked. When I had doubts or anxiety through the process he kept me grounded and talked through things with me to make sure I was comfortable. I would recommend him to everyone.</p>

Honestly, Robert was amazing to work with. He had very honest truths, he never sugar coated anything and he was always early and well prepared. He was very knowledgeable with what to look for as far as hidden damage in older homes and made great suggestions on how things could be fixed. The people that were buying our house were really playing games during our negotiations -offering obscenely low $ time and time again, requesting an abnormally quick possession date, and wanting to repeatedly walk through our home. He was very quick to stand up for us and let them know what was proper protocol and what wasn't. He answered every question we had almost within minutes and was super patient with us as we had about a million. When it came time for us to purchase, he went over our house with a fine tooth comb and caught things we never did that were able to be perfected before we moved in. He was so careful to make sure every "I" was dotted and every "T" was crossed with both the sale and purchase of our homes and honestly prevented us from having any extra issues with papers we had misplaced or items we had overlooked. We got our dream home quickly and in our price range thanks to his amazing work ethic. I will definitely work with Robert again when it comes time to buy something new and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

2nd realtor we used. Very helpful for 1st time home buyers. Looked out for our interests and was adept at listening to what we were wanting and found it quick. Great communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

I have bought and sold a few homes over the years, our experience with Robert was fantastic and the best of all our Realtor's. We met with a few Realtors and Robert was the only one that took extra time to provide additional information that we should be thinking about before putting our house up for sale. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable and generous of his time. He also provided options of lawyers. We highly recommend averyone to use Robert on the sale of your home.
