I can’t describe how appreciative we are of Robert. He was willing to look at countless homes give us his very honest opinion on the quality and state of the property. He is extremely knowledgeable and will not mislead you in any way, shape or form. He will tell you the honest truth in order to properly guide your decision making process when it comes to buying a home. His knowledge or the market and of the trades were second to none. We are quite picky and he never once judged us or pressured us to make a decision we weren’t comfortable making. He fought for us when he needed to and he knew exactly how to get what we wanted. Robert was excellent through every aspect of selling my property. He gave me great insight and advice when I had questions or was unsure of how to proceed. From helping me to get my property ready to working through some repairs issues he was always ready to help me out. He even had to sell my property twice when the first buyers got cold feet! Even in this buyers market he was able to get the job done and sell my property in only 17 days.

Robert made our search and purchase simple and with very little stress He also guided us in the search for a morgage broker and a Property Manager for the unit. He covered everything from A - Z with us and did all the leg work. He was the ultimate professional at all times and was always available. I would use him again for any real estate needs. I think that he should get 10 stars instead of 5 stars alloted!!!!!! Thank you for everything Robert Reed & Gloria
