If you want a realtor who is going to treat you like his own family and who is extremely knowledgeable in what he does, Rob Biddlecomb is your guy. 10/10 would recommend any homebuyer to this fellow, especially if it is your first time buying a home.</p>

We met Rob at an open house right from that point we new we were going ask him to be our buying agent. We bought our house 10 years ago. Rob always has smile on his face and we have met and talked many times after the sale. he is like a good friend that you can talk to any time.

We have used Rob on three separate occasions. The first time we purchased a house with him in Beaumont, the second time we sold our house and the third time we purchased a home again when we moved back to Beaumont. All were fantastic experiences! Rob went out of his way to show us properties on our schedule and knew so much about the community. Rob was also kind to our teenage boys who accompanied us on house showings, and talked to them as much as my husband and I about what they liked or didn't about each home. Rob was very knowledgeable when it came time to negotiate on our purchases and helped us get our houses for a good price. When it came time to sell our house, it was only on the market for 6 days! Rob has so many contacts with other real estate agents in the area and had our house sold so fast. He was also very honest about the market and what to expect. I highly recommend Rob for both selling and purchasing your new home.

<p><br /> Over the last year I have had the great opportunity in dealing with Rob Biddlecombe. When I first arrived in Beaumont looking for a house, I felt overwhelmed, as most of the Realtors that I had met were interested in only selling me a house. However this was not the case with Rob Biddlecombe. It became clear to me and my wife that Rob was more interested in assisting us in meeting our needs. Although it took us approximately 5 months before we bought a house, Rob patiently assisted us and was always available when we had questions. Whe we finally did make an offer on a house, we made it subject to a home inspection. Unfortunately I was unavailable to be present for this event. Knowing how busy I was at work, Rob generously offered to take my place and walk through the house with the home inspector. To some this may be considered a small gesture of customer service; however to my wife and me we saw this as going above and beyond the call of duty. After experiencing the tremendous level of customer service received from Rob Biddlecombe, I never hesitate to send my clients or friends to him. His high level of professionalism and dedication to meeting the needs of his clients is evident. Much like his slogan dealing with Rob Biddlecombe is "EXPERIENCING THE DIFFERENCE".</p>
