Right from the beginning neil was very personable and professional. He is very easy to talk to and and explains everything that's going on. He sold our house in 2 days and found us our beautiful home we have now. He has all the connections to get what you need done. He made the whole process quick and painless and would definitely recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home.

Neil is knowledgeable and professional, and is still friendly, funny, and personable. He gave us good solid information and still managed to be supportive and even excited when we found our new home. He was accessible, answered all are questions, and had relationships with all of the people we needed to work with in the process (finance, lawyer, other realtors). He has a strong read of the market and great negotiation skills. I’ve worked with him twice, 10 years apart, and highly recommend him.
