Neil was recommended to me by some coworkers. He was great, informative, fast to reply to my many texts and patient while I spent probably more than a year house hunting. If there was a place I’d have liked to have seen he did his best to set up the viewing the next day. Super knowledgable in regards to real estate and would definitely use him again.

Neil was great to deal with. He knew tons about the house and the area. He knew exactly how to negotiate and help me get into my very first home. Despite looking at many houses, he still kept a very positive attitude and was always just a text away if I needed any information. Neil will not let you down, I can assure you that.

Neil was great from the start. I met him through one of his listings and asked him if he could help me find a house in the area. He was very quick to get me viewings on houses that I was interested in. I work a lot so having everything set up that we didn't have to keep meeting to sign paperwork was great as well. When there was an issue with my financing Neil quickly referred me to a great mortgage specialist who not only helped destress me and the situation but got everything back on track. Overall Neil did a great job with no stress or pressure.
