Mr Bhatti was our agent for both the sale of our current house and the purchase of our new home which were in different cities. This process could be very stressful and emotional. He explained every step of the process clearly and concisely. He was very calm and kept us grounded. The selling process was very smooth: he gave us suggestions on how to best prepare and market our house. The companies he used for staging, photography and video were equally skilled and professional. After our house sold, he understood the importance and urgency of finding a new home. He showed us homes that matched our needs and wants. He gave us educated, knowledgeable advice and direction when we made our offer. Even after the offer was accepted, Rishi was there for us, continuing to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. Our stress level stayed low and we are grateful for his professionalism, direction and partnership.
