I met Rick only through this process, on the basis of a recommendation from a mutual friend. He is a genuine people person: personable, good humoured, very experienced, and really knows the neighbourhood we were selling in. He provided realistic advice about the market, and pricing, and was patient and adaptable to our 'group' directions - we were selling a family property on behalf of elderly parents. I frequently asked him for advice on how best to proceed, and he provided options that were compatible with our actual needs. His communication level was excellent and clear, at all times, and he was patient in answering our many questions. He's also a qualified sailboat operator, reflective of his natural positive energy - I enjoyed his tales about sailing the west coast and elsewhere on the globe! Without question I would engage Rick Lough again, if given the chance.
