Rick is not local to the area where the property was and winter was upon us however he was able to make the drive to the property, get marketing media done quickly and be at the property to meet with potential buyers in a timely manner. When a buyer was interested he spent extra time with them to make sure they were completely comfortable, made three additional trips to the property with the eventual buyer, and represented them and us fairly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with Rick and I would highly recommend him.
