I’m not a guy that does reviews regularly, only when it’s really bad or in this case really good. My wife and I have repeatedly chosen Rick for several single family home transactions since 2006. He is everything you could ever hope for if you value top shelf professionalism, market knowledge, communication, negotiation etc. That alone is why Rick is and always will be our realtor. Recently we purchased a home and sold ours, excited for the upcoming move unfortunately the deal on our new place became very complicated based on some unfortunate circumstances of another party. Rick’s job was done, however seeing us in a difficult situation, Rick bent over backwards to help us deal with one of the most challenging times in our lives. He stood by us and stood up for us and supported us, without any requirement to do so. Rick went way above and beyond, for us, his clients. In addition, Brad was always in the loop and helped out, they truly are “Team Hamer-Jackson”. It simply is not possible to have better representation.
