Rich was a fabulous agent from the first day of contact and throughout the process of the sale . He was kind , professional, very knowledgeable, prompt and showed attention to detail . He familiarized himself with the neighbourhood, as well as the amenities of the building . Even though it wasn’t a million dollar home he was selling for us, he made it feel like it was with all his care and attention with offering great advice , wonderful professional photos of the home and the offered respect and compassion throughout the process. I would highly recommend Rich , it was an absolute privilege to work with him .

I met Rich several years ago when he found my brother a beautiful place that check all the boxes. So when it was time for me to look for a house, I didn't hesitate in getting in touch with him. As a first time home buyer, his guidance throughout the process helped me immensely and his knowledge of houses weeded out many poor options. He was also there for me evenings and weekends as I work out of town, he told me he doesn't treat this as a 9-5 job and will be there day or night to get the job done. Which was proven when I was out at a restaurant with friends on a Friday night around 7pm, we were chatting about the house I'd just put an offer on when get a call from Rich. The sellers had just took my offer and he was calling to congratulate me, at 7pm on a Friday. Can't really ask for more than that!! Needless to say it was an excellent evening and I will never forget buying my first house and the guidance he gave me. Thanks Rich!!!
