It was a pleasure working with Rich Mundle. Selling our parent’s home was a very difficult and emotional time for us and Rich responded with such understanding and patience. Rich took the time to research the building and community. His marketing of the home was exceptional with use of professional photos, comprehensive info. brochures for prospective buyers and use of various media platforms. His knowledge and expertise in the industry was consistently demonstrated as he guided us through the process from start to finish. Rich is efficient, promptly followed up and maintained regular communication with us, keeping us updated at all times. Rich is very professional, approachable and willing to explain. We felt very comfortable working with Rich and, of most significance, we were able to easily and fully trust Rich acting on our behalf and in our best interests. I believe that Rich went above and beyond and with his knowledge, experience and diligence, the home sold quickly and with all of our terms fulfilled. Rich was a fabulous agent from the first day of contact and throughout the process of the sale . He was kind , professional, very knowledgeable, prompt and showed attention to detail . He familiarized himself with the neighbourhood, as well as the amenities of the building . Even though it wasn’t a million dollar home he was selling for us, he made it feel like it was with all his care and attention with offering great advice , wonderful professional photos of the home and the offered respect and compassion throughout the process. Rich was a great help from cleanup to listing. The checklists and consultations were fantastic and definitely helped in getting the price I was looking for.

I met Rich several years ago when he found my brother a beautiful place that check all the boxes. So when it was time for me to look for a house, I didn't hesitate in getting in touch with him. As a first time home buyer, his guidance throughout the process helped me immensely and his knowledge of houses weeded out many poor options. He was also there for me evenings and weekends as I work out of town, he told me he doesn't treat this as a 9-5 job and will be there day or night to get the job done. Which was proven when I was out at a restaurant with friends on a Friday night around 7pm, we were chatting about the house I'd just put an offer on when get a call from Rich. The sellers had just took my offer and he was calling to congratulate me, at 7pm on a Friday. Can't really ask for more than that!! Needless to say it was an excellent evening and I will never forget buying my first house and the guidance he gave me. Thanks Rich!!!
