Great communication, very professional realtor. Really appreciated how he didn’t play into the “bully offer” culture, and helped us navigate choppy seas when the buyers realtor was very pushy and difficult. Would absolutely use him again in the future!

The process was clear and concise that Rich explained and outlined how we would proceed. The only snafu was one client who submitted four offers and and then withdrew fifteen minutes before closing. Rich was always professional in dealing with me the seller as well as with the buyers.
