It was an absolute pleasure working with Rich to help my parents, who live out of province, buy a condo. His research on the building and units, knowledge of the area, and attention to the smallest details were top class. He is an excellent communicator, providing timely information and thorough updates to our family. When we needed to move quickly on viewing the condo and making our offer, Rich moved lightening fast and made the transaction seamless. I also found him to be kind, genuine, and a pleasure to chat with as we toured the property. My family and I look forward to future opportunities to work with Rich again!

Rich did a fantastic job in helping us purchase our new condo in Edmonton. When we impulsively decided to purchase, he jumped into action for us at short notice, never having even met us. We completed the entire transaction from out-of-province, so Rich went out of his way to provide us with additional photos, etc. His communication was excellent throughout, and he kept us informed of every detail; he answered all our questions immediately, and made sure everything got done efficiently and correctly. Rich went above and beyond, every step of the way, and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Rich is an excellent realtor. We have moved several times around Canada, the United States, and Mexico as part of my career, and we found Rich to be the best realtor we have had. We bought an average. He is very knowledgeable in the local real estate market. He has a great network of resources, such as inspectors and other services, but what sets him apart is his communication skills. He was very responsive to requests, always had or could find answers to our questions promptly, and was easy to work with. We highly recommend Rich if you are looking for a realtor.

Rich was a fabulous agent from the first day of contact and throughout the process of the sale . He was kind , professional, very knowledgeable, prompt and showed attention to detail . He familiarized himself with the neighbourhood, as well as the amenities of the building . Even though it wasn’t a million dollar home he was selling for us, he made it feel like it was with all his care and attention with offering great advice , wonderful professional photos of the home and the offered respect and compassion throughout the process.
