As a first time buyer, I found Richard & Liz to be extremely thorough in the way that they dealt with the properties that we viewed, and the final transaction. They were flexible and worked around my schedule, which included viewings midday during the work week, after work, and on weekends. They responded to emails, calls, and texts very promptly. They provided a significant amount of information and detail for all of the properties we looked at, and were very knowledgeable about the specific condo units, buildings, and neighbourhoods generally. Working with Richard & Liz was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone, particularly first time buyers.
