Very good realtor. I had moved away from Calgary for 10 years, and when I came back I sought out Richard and Liz because my previous experience with them was so positive. They are not high pressure, which I really appreciated.

Richard and Liz were friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. I dealt with Richard a little more and appreciated his very laid back, kind demeanor. All communication was timely and he advised us very appropriately as to what price to list our house, whether or not to lower the price and whether or not to take an offer. Our house sold in just a couple of weeks, which was very reassuring for us as we had already moved out of Calgary to BC, and dealing long distance was not complicated at all.
