We had an excellent experience, finding our home in Lethbridge. A lot of the initial work had to be done remotely and Riccardo and Sam were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. When we did visit, it was for a short period of time and we were very impressed with the organization by Riccardo’s team to ensure that we saw all of the houses we wanted to in both an efficient and highly thoughtful way. During the house visits we were working with Sam and we were incredibly impressed at how quickly he picked up on the types of houses we were interested in and by his attention to details that mattered to us.

From the beginning Riccardo & his team were wonderful to work with. The comparables he put together were detailed and he explained where he thought the price point for our house should be and he was spot on. He was straight forward and told us what to expect and what we could do to improve the home before it was time for showings. He was easy to get ahold of with questions and he was very quick to reply with professional answers and recommendations. When we need to move in the future he will be our only call and our only recommendation when our friends & family need a realtor to sell their home!!
