<p>I bought a house with Ricardo's help around last Christmas. He has very nice manners, not pushy, and gave me enough room to make my own decision. He accommodated my busy schedule well, was prompt on arranging visits for properties because the market in Brighton is very hot. He knows the area very well and small details and peculiarities of it. He is also smart and diligent with paperwork. I think his professional background has a lot to do with it. I always prefer to work with intelligent people. It was a hectic time around Christmas with lots of stat holidays for banks, shopping etc. and somehow he walked me through paperwork in a way it was done quickly and pain-free. I would definitely buy my next property with his help.</p>

Ricardo helped us purchase our first home in 2017 and then helped us again to sell that home and purchase our latest home in mid 2020. Ricardo has a lot of experience in the property market in this area, which is something that was extremely valuable to us having moved here from out of town. He was very thorough in his research and preparation, making sure we were getting the best value for money, whether for our sale or our purchases. He was firm in his opinions of what we should and shouldn't expect based on his experience, but was never pushy and would always go with what we felt comfortable was the right route for us. He worked very hard to make sure that when we sold, the house was in the best possible condition to show as best it could - he even arranged for a professional home stager to come and give us some advice, at no cost to us! He is very diligent and thorough with all the paperwork and admin, which was a big deal to us as like most families we are very busy and didn't want to have to worry about that. These are all important things, but for us the most important thing was our relationship with Ricardo. Like he says in his description, his approach is not transactional - it is relational. We feel that while he understands that we are his clients and he has a job to do for us, we are also a family and he always made us feel like he cared about us as people. We are very grateful that we had someone like Ricardo to help us navigate the complexities of buying and selling our homes. If we ever decide to go through this process again, Ricardo will be the first person we call.
