<p>We first met Ricardo Melendro at an open house he was holding. We explained that we had just begun to look in the Brighton area, and would not be making a purchase for several months. He provided us with a lot of information on different areas in and around Brighton, and on builders and developers in the area. He was a great listener, and at no time did we ever feel rushed, or steered in any direction. When we decided to purchase a property in Brighton, we used him as our agent, and it was a very good decision! Now we hear from Ricardo regularly, through his newsletters and personal contacts. He is never intrusive, always follows up, and is a very pleasant professional to deal with!</p>
