Having worked in the residential real estate industry and more recently, commercial, I can tell you that highly competent real estate agents, like Ricardo, who are genuinely interested in your happiness and success and NOT just your $$ are difficult to come by. Ricardo sold our condo mid pandemic when nothing else around us was selling. He was always professional, on time for every appointment and returned calls and texts immediately. He made sure to get to know our area and our building by reading all the strata minutes in detail. Viewings were approached with an always positive attitude and good feedback.
