Renee was very responsive and never put out by my calls or questions. She was amazing in arranging cleaners and hauling trucks when the seller left my purchase full of personal items and incredibly dirty. She came back to connect with them and check on their work to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. Renee stayed supportive and professional throughout what turned into a less than straightforward deal, due to the neglect and complacency of others. I wish all realtors were like her!
