Renee was the best! She was calm and grounded throughout the whole process. We were on a timeline and were able to sell the house quickly and pretty painlessly, I believe due largely to Renee's recommendations for pricing and showing, and her strategies for marketing. Checked in and kept us updated through the various waiting periods, which we appreciated. Highly, highly recommend!

This was our first experience with Renee, although I've known of her for awhile. She offered prompt replies to our queries and was overall extremely valuable in our house hunt. Would certainly use Renee for selling this home and buying another - should that come at some point in the future.

We relied on reviews to select a realtor to help us move to town from outside the Valley and Renee lived up to the rave reviews. Firstly she was great at quickly arranging tours of homes for us to view. She was super responsive to communications, came to viewings with a depth of knowledge and experience that helped us assess each place, and is knowledgeable and helpful in all the other aspects of a house purchase (contracts, negotiations and communications). I highly recommend Renee to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I really enjoyed working with Renee. It was a long distance purchase, and she was very accommodating. She was very patient, and worked with me for over 6 months finding the perfect home. She was great at virtual showings, as well as taking my relatives on showings for me. She listened to what I was looking for, and helped find information about the areas. She’s great at staying in touch, I never felt like I was in the dark, or waiting for information. She was also great at recommending trades to help with some upgrades in our new home. When I need to find someone to do some work, I still call her, even today. She went & did water tests for me, and helped with insurance. She is friendly, smiley, and a wealth of knowledge.
