We’re just so grateful that we met Mr. Tembo. An extremely hard working gentleman, who had our best interest at all times. He has an amazing level of knowledge of the real estate market and business. When it came to putting in an offer, negotiating the price and closing, we were very happy with his professionalism, skills and honesty. He was never in a hurry to get us to buy so that he made a quick buck. In fact, at times, he would advise us to reconsider our decision. We’ve worked with other realtors before on other properties and we can confidently say he is the best of the lot.

Hi there, Reggie was an excellent negotiator and, sales agent. He sold our apartment more than what’s we asking for with 21k and we purchased with less price than the market. He was on time and smooth easy going but, firm.

Reggie was right there in my corner helping me get the best property for my daughter. He was easy to reach and very knowledgeable and helpful. He had extensive knowledge of various London neighborhoods and could help me weigh the pros and cons of each. Best of all he had a friendly outgoing personality that made all our viewings fun! I will definitely be coming back to Reggie for help getting some rental properties in London.

Reggie is very personable, he listens to what you want and need, and in that helped us find and purchase our new house. He checked in often to make sure we were all on the same page and happy with our decisions. As well, ensured we understood everything along the way. Our house was sold and we purchased when Covid had just hit us here in Ontario and he worked hard to keep everyone safe and ensured protocols were followed. We could not be happier here in our new home, it suits all our needs and is perfect for our family to grow up in.
