I had been looking for an investment opportunity in London for about 2 months but the prices kept going up and affordability become an issue. Just when i was feeling dejected Reggie thought outside the box and found a great investment opportunity within my range yet would still achieve my goals. I was blown away by his level of expertise. Reggie is an extremely knowledgeable Realtor who is a human encyclopedia when it comes to Real Estate, the law surrounding it and the market. He definitely is an agent who you would want to be on your side during the buying and selling process. I had multiple questions throughout but he always had time for me. We meet Reggie on the first time he showed us the property. It was very bad weather on Mid Feb. He showed up even the weather was very bad. He helped us negotiate with landlord for the move in date earlier than the set date. Also the process for the signed contract. Thank you Reggie for your help,finding this unit for us.
