We needed to see our property rather "quickly" and this agent was totally new to us.Rebecca called us promptly,met us as early as she could,was on time and did an wonderful job in showing us the property.We felt well advised from the start and felt totally confident in having her as our realtor . Communication was great... on going ,as she kept in touch and offered to help if she heard from us or didn't hear from us... offering any help she could. We were not from the same province as our looked at property so we needed this contact. We know that she negotiated well for us.All information,paperwork ,link to lawyer etc.was provided to us as well as other property info we needed....which was so much appreciated. My husband was impressed of her knowledge of construction.ie:the vent in the attic.She was concerned and did not gloss over a problem. As for me (the wife)...I appreciated how Rebecca worked on negotiating items that meant a lot to me in the deal.A huge accolade to Rebecca for listening to us initially when she wrote a summary in the presentation in our offer,about our plans to retire and me being close to my aging parents. "VERY" Impressive work. Thank you Rebecca... it showed you listened and cared and we felt like we were important,Over all an excellent Realtor and a credit to her profession...and a new friend.
