<p>As a first time homebuyer I was very nervous about my first real estate purchase.<br /> Rebecca was super knowledgeable and very accommodating to all the criteria I provided her. She made me feel comfortable and was not at all pushy with any of my decisions. I would highly recommend Rebecca April to anybody who is looking to purchase a new home!</p>

<p>Purchased two homes with Becky...bought the first home she showed me the first time. She really listens to what ur looking for...she had all wonderful places lined up for me when I flew in.</p>

<p>Rebecca was a great choice in selecting an agent who knew the industry and the area as well as she did. She was professional and approachable and answered any questions that I had. Most importantly, she was always available to respond to tasks that needed to be completed in a timely fashion.</p> <p>I will be referring her to any acquaintances that are interested in purchasing property in the Okanagan.</p>

She was patient in finding the right house for us works around the clock to accommodate my crazy work schedule. Her upbeat attitude and outgoing personality made house hunting a fun endeavour. As a local, she knows the Okanagan area well and is full of travel tips to negate the crazy summer tourist traffic delays!</p>

<p>Me and my family were moving from Alberta and had very little knowledge of the Okanagan. We found Rebecca to help with our move and she made the search, viewings and transaction as a whole as painless as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional to correspond with. Most of the correspondence was long distance through pictures, emails and texts. Rebecca was always quick with responses to questions and concerns. When we did have the rare opportunity to travel to the Okanagan to view places, Rebecca accommodated our schedule and was able to coordinate many viewings in our short window of time. Rebecca did not pressure us into any place, she was patient, professional and very friendly no matter how many places we wanted to see. When we did finally find a place we loved, Rebecca advised us on our best course of action through the negotiations and got us an amazing deal on a home we absolutely love. Now we are happy Okanagan residents and a really big part of that is due to Rebecca's professionalism, knowledge and determination to make sure we bought something we loved at the best possible price. I recommend Rebecca April for all real estate needs and as our family grows she will be the only realtor we will use in the Okanagan.</p>
