I was referred to Rebecca by a family member that had previously worked with her, and upon his reviews I had no choice but to choose her to buy our next home with. She was absolutely fantastic to work with! While in the process of selling our home in the lower mainland, Rebecca set us up with a listings portal that gave us updated listings within the criteria we searched for. It allowed for us to gauge the market and move forward on the timeline that we decided. She was there through the entire process to answer any questions or concerns we had and was able to get us in to last minute showings of properties, with near immediate response time, every time. The lines of communication were always open through the entire process and her local knowledge took a ton of stress off of the decision of where we wanted to be. She was very knowledgable about the market, and her insight was fantastic come offer time. We purchased a home with Rebecca in a time where the buyers market was super competitive and in the end, I believe she gave us the edge we needed to be able to buy, potentially, our forever home. I will be recommending Rebecca to any family/friends that decide to look for a home in Kelowna.

April listened to our needs and found exactly what we were looking for in a relatively short period of time. She was very helpful during negotiations and walking us through all the paperwork. Top notch service!!

Rebecca was a dream to work with! She was incredibly easy to communicate with, getting back to us right away with whatever we needed. We would text her about a listing and a few hours later she would have a showing set up for that same day. In what should have been such a stressful process Rebecca made it easy and actually fun!
