Nick and Albert were amazing to work with. They communicated with us regularly, always answered the phone or got back to us very quickly, gave us practical and sound advice, and were expert negotiators. I would absolutely recommend them.

Nick and his team were very responsive to our needs. We lived the property we bought as soon as it was listed, and new we had to act quickly before someone else purchased it. Nick and his team made this happen. In less than 48 h we had negotiated the deal. The closing went very smoothly and we even received a nice gift from Nick.

Over 90% of the time my direct contacts (email, phone) were with Albert. He was particularly supportive. In fact I’d say he went above and beyond my expectations for a full service real estate agent acting for the seller in a challenging market.
