Nick demonstrates the wonderful ability to help you identify exactly what you are looking for in a property (for the right price!). As a first time home buyer he was very patient in guiding me through the entire process. Nicks extensive knowledge of the current state of the condo market helped purchase a place for the right price and feel comfortable in making decision. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was very quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns (and there were a lot!). Wouldn't of wanted anyone else to guide me through this process!</p>
