We worked with Rami over the course of 2 years to find our first home. Rami was super accommodating when we decided to take a few hiatuses from the house search. During this most recent (and successful) search, Rami’s professionalism, extensive knowledge, and tireless efforts made the home buying process so much easier and more enjoyable. He put our interests first while also guiding us to make an informed decision. He also happens to be a super nice and fun guy which makes house tours and paper work much more exciting!! We were advised by friends to look into purchasing a rental property with how the Calgary market was growing. We were unsure on where to start and this is when we were recommended Rami from a friend who was buying their first home with him. At this time, we contacted Rami and he set up a meeting with us to discuss what we were looking for, including our price point, the type of property and the quadrant we were looking in. It was a lot of information for us to grasp but he assured us that he would work with us to make sure the process is not overwhelming. We decided to proceed with looking at rental properties. The inventory of rental properties was fairly limited when we started looking but Rami was adamant on finding us a rental property we liked. He showed us properties that matched what we were looking for and throughout the process he vocalized when he thought the property wasn’t the right fit for us. We did not realize until we went through the process of looking for a rental property that it can be quite stressful as it is a huge investment and things don’t always go as planned. This is why having a realtor that is calm, patient and has a friendly demeanour can be very important. When we found properties that we did like, he provided us with background on the property and comparisons in the area. This was all valuable when we finally found the rental property we purchased. Prior to and after putting in an offer on the property, we were confident with our decision because we felt informed, and assured that our realtor had taken every step to make sure the property was the right one for us. He put in the time and effort to answer all our inquiries and made sure we understood every step. Overall, we were happy we chose Rami as our Realtor, he is not only professional and highly knowledgeable about the real estate market but also personable and will go above and beyond to find you the best property for you. We highly recommend Rami and will be recommending him to all our friends and family!
