Rami is an absolute rock star, very attentive, highly detailed, patient and always looking out for your best interest. we had the opportunity to meet many realtors and we decided to go with him and he did not disappoint. Rami Has supported us through many showings, and a lot of thinking and decision making. He never pushed but definitely appreciated his guidance. Our home purchase was 2 years in the making and never once did he make us feel like he was wasting his time with us. Rami is one of the most trustworthy individuals I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He originally looked at our needs and spent some time helping us a year prior, and when we didn't find what we were looking for, he ensured us that if we ever found the right place, then he would be ready to represent us. Fast forward to this year - we found our dream home, and Rami was very quick to act on our behalf. His depth of knowledge of the market, and his skill in negotiating allowed us to sell and buy in a cooling (fall) market, and to get the maximum we could for our existing house, while securing our new one for a very reasonable amount. Along the way he was patient with our many questions, quick to help with any issues that arose, and always kept us up to date with next steps. This has been a very positive experience for us overall, and it has been entirely because of Rami and the professionalism of his team. I have and will continue to recommend Rami to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house.
