In less than two weeks, Ralph and his excellent team did an amazing job in helping us prepare our home for sale. In our 47 years of marriage, my wife and I have bought and sold nine times and this was by far our best experience. The staging of our home was “House Beautiful” worthy and the photos/video/marketing materials merit “Academy Award” consideration. Working with Ralph to sell my home was a great decision. He fiercely negotiated a great offer for me and with the closing date I wanted. My work is very busy and I literally passed Ralph the keys and he took care of everything. My home had staging items brought in, a handyman was sent to my home to deal with some minor repairs before listing and Ralph had the windows on my home washed before pictures were taken. I received an offer early on – Ralph advised me not to take it. I am happy that I did wait as shortly after I received another offer that was acceptable.
