We experienced both, the buying and selling processes with Ralph and his team. Ralph explained each step clearly before the actual process started. This explanation step did not only help us to understand the whole buying/selling process, but also aided us to plan and act accordingly. It was our first time selling so we had no idea what to do and what to expect but we are so glad we found Ralph and his team. They are superb!
