If I could rate higher than five stars I would! Ralph and his amazing team went above and beyond to ensure our selling experience went as smoothly as possible. Even down to some of the finer details others have failed to acknowledge or tend to fully in our previous selling experience (cleaners, an incredible stager who gave our home life, window cleaners, photography that far exceeded our expectations etc the list really does go on and on!). Ralph and his team work together with you day in and day out. Including having the option to be part of a group chat where the whole team discussed their next steps etc. Ensuring we felt in the loop 100% of the time. It turned into a place of knowledge, reference and a place to ask questions when questions came up. We found great peace of mind from that group chat! I truly can't say enough about you all. Thank you!

As an executor for my mother’s estate, there had been problem after problem trying to find a trusted, reliable realtor to sell her home and time was running out to list for the spring peak market. Ralph was easily accessible, supremely professional and knowledgeable, and utterly competent and honest. Moreso, he was like a knight in shining armour, leading the charge to rescue my sisters and I at a very vulnerable and emotional time. He quickly grasped our needs, made a comprehensive plan, and executed all listing preparations at breakneck speed like a one-stop shop. It was such a relief to put everything in his hands and the house was transformed into something beautiful in no time. Best of all, it was sold in a week for far more than we expected with a fast closing and no complications. What else could you possibly ask for when selling the most valuable asset you own! Colin did an amazing job from start to finish when it came to listing our condo! He was professional, super easy to get a hold of and was just extremely caring and understanding towards our family. We were expecting our second child so it was already a stressful time but thanks to Colin and his team we felt like a stressful situation for most was very seamless. He contacted us when needed and gave us time to reply and explained things to us when we had questions and was able to work around our schedule. He was confident in the price and he was able to get the deal done in 5 days at full ask. We were very satisfied and look forward to working with Colin and his team in the future again!
