I first met Puneet in December when I was thinking of selling my house. I decided against selling at that time but Puneet kept in touch and checked in with me periodically to give me a market overview. In April I decided to list my house. Puneet provided valuable insight as to how best prepare the house for sale (a lot of decluttering), what recent sales had been in my complex and what current market conditions were currently compared to when other units had sold. He also went beyond the call of duty and helped me move furniture to prepare for the open house. We listed the house on a Saturday, had an open house on Sunday and he was able to sell my house by Monday. He was able to get multiple offers and I ended up selling for more than I was expecting. Throughout the selling process Puneet was very responsive to my numerous calls and texts, had his fingers on the pulse of the market, provided valuable insight into the market and never made me feel pressured to accept any of the multiple offers we received. As we continue to look for my next home, Puneet continues to impress me with his market knowledge and his keen eye for seeing things that I often miss when viewing homes.
