Phil's experience overall as a real estate agent and specifically his knowledge of the Kelowna market and contacts in the business were great assets. He was diligent in looking for suitable properties and was patient when I was all over the map (literally and figuratively) with my requirements/preferences. Overall he's very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

We had a great experience working with Phil. He is a strategic thinker and gets the job done. He is also very kind, courteous and considerate of the needs of both the buyer and seller. He is professional and always open to communication with a quick text or phone call. We really appreciated Phil and all he’s done for us when finding and buying our home, and then selling that same home years later.
