Phil was so amazing. As a first time homebuyer with no prior experience in the housing market Phil made our whole experience seamless. He is so knowledgeable and kind and we never felt pressured or rushed through the process. I have nothing but the best things to say about Phil and his professionalism and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a property!

Phil is the best! Helped us buy our first home in a very difficult market, went through bidding wars and houses being sold for much over asking. Phil took the time to listen to us and was patient while we figured it out. In the end we bought a beautiful home for a great price with everything that we wanted!
