Phil has gone above and beyond on this one. The size, location and zoning made this property almost impossible to sell. Not to mention the wishy washy seller. Phil has stood by us for years!! He was diligent helping us figure out problems with the city, always respecting our wishes. Here every step of the way guiding through the selling process. He makes himself available for every property we wish to look at travelling up and down the valley going as far as Nakusp.
