<p>Phillipe was very friendly, and easy to communicate with. He was very genuine in his approach, and at no point tried to sway us one way or other. I was impressed with how he was able to pick up on our cues, and get a quick sense of what types of places we would be most interested in, and was able to find the perfect home for us rather quickly. Whenever any issues or stumbling blocks arose, he mitigated them in timely manner, and clearly communicated the approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.</p>
