We were selling a house which we had kept as a rental property for the past 7 years. Peter was always available to answer questions regarding showings, open house feedback from potential buyers, offers, etc. regarding the sale of our house and would get back to us in a timely manner. Peter was also our Real Estate Agent when we purchased our current house over 7 years ago. He showed us several homes before we decided on the one we purchased. He was courteous, patient and professional. For the sale of the rental property Peter also recommended a really great law firm that specializes in property law and we had a good experience with them also. We would utilize his services again.

Peter and his team were great; professional, practical and attentive. He helped us through a fairly complicated sales transaction (and a quite simple purchase transaction), managed the process, and dealt well with the various buyers' agents. His experience and attitude were of great help in managing our stress levels throughout. I will certainly be calling Peter next time we are in the market.

Peter was professional, provided excellent advice on the buying and selling process and very easy to get a hold of. I would definitely recommend and use Peter again in the future.

Peter is great to work with. We bought and sold the same house with him. We went back to him after 5 years because he was genuine, honest and not pushy. He is very knowledgeable on the market. He didn't push us to accept an offer that we felt was too low. He would always respond to our questions and kept us updated on the showings.
