Before showing he is researching recent sales in the neighborhood and presents the results, so I was able to compare prices for similar properties. He also has a list of various high-quality contractors and services that one can use for property inspection and renovations.

This is my second time working with Pete, and like a good Alberta steak, he’s only gotten better with age. 🥩 He’s knowledgeable, honest, calm under pressure, and knows exactly how to navigate shifting markets without overpromising or panicking. Communication was solid throughout, strategy was thoughtful, and I always felt like my best interests were front and centre. If you’re looking for a realtor who improves with experience and delivers when it actually counts, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him — clearly, I’ve already gone back for seconds.

We signed on with Pete and made the perfect plan. It was perfect until it wasn’t. As things went sideways, Pete was present and persistent. He he put his reputation and own money out there. His advice was always blunt and professional, and we needed that. He also has a great sense of humour!

I was short for time and needed to sell my place immediately. Then there was Pete Chapman that made it happen. I have to say he’s at the top when it comes to buying or selling homes. Pete helped us sell a property we bought with him about 2 years ago... the market changed pretty fast and I was shocked by the absence of activity. Pete was always on top of giving me the data and making recommendations and he always stayed positive and reassured me that we would sell. He did multiple open houses and really tried to get us as much feedback as possible. We wound up getting an offer but the buyer was very challenging to work with and Pete just stayed totally calm and solutions oriented at all times and really helped us at every step. We are are so happy we chose to work with Pete again and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell in a tough market.
