Paul Mann..... My wife and I really believe in the saying “First impression lasts”. We needed an agent to manage the sale of our Brampton home, and Paul was referred to us by a friend. They were previous happy client of Paul’s. We have other agents’ name in our radar, but we called Paul first, and he promptly came to our house. We gave him a tour of the house, and we found him very courteous, honest and confident in his assessments. First impression... very likeable... check! We immediately signed him as our agent, in doing so he explained the sale process from A to Z, in detail. He promptly mobilized his office for staging and photography. And WOW! His people, like Paul, are a very professional team. Paul was constantly communicating with us throughout the showings process, giving us feedbacks, and answering our questions and concerns. He guided us during the negotiations process, with the intent of getting the most for our house. We felt like it is HIS house that he is selling! Unlike some other agents, Paul listened to what we needed and wanted and worked until we found it. Paul took us to see many houses all over the GTA and was always available and extremely patient. He kept us grounded when we wanted to overpay for a home we liked and as a result got us our home in a desired neighborhood for less than the listing price saving us thousands of dollars!
