It is rare thing to find a professional whose approach to customer service, expertise in the market and attention to detail raises the bar for fellow industry colleagues to aspire to. We feel privileged to have worked with such a professional and his name is Paul Mann. As you know, there is no lack of realtors in the Toronto. Finding a realtor is easy. Finding the best? Not so easy. Paul came to be known to us through friends and neighbours who worked with him and they raved about their positive experience with him. They were not exaggerating. From the first initial consultation, to providing expert advice and keeping us in the loop through the whole process, it was clear to us we were working with a true master of his craft. Our hunch was confirmed when after only 2.5 days on the market and 38 showings later - Paul skillfully negotiated a record-breaking selling price! Long story short? Don’t even think about. If you are selling your home call Paul. The end.

We used Paul to sell two of our homes. Both times he delivered exactly what he promised from getting us our sold price, closing dates, and never more than one weekend on the market. He took a lot of stress out of the selling process and stood by us every step of the way. While many real estate agents feel the need to upsell clients, Paul Mann uses his expertise for the benefit of the people he works with. Unlike some other agents, Paul listened to what we needed and wanted and worked until we found it. Paul took us to see many houses all over the GTA and was always available and extremely patient. He kept us grounded when we wanted to overpay for a home we liked and as a result got us our home in a desired neighborhood for less than the listing price saving us thousands of dollars!
