What an experience from beginning to end. Paul had helped us to sell and buy 5 years ago and in between that time to now, worked very closely with us during the volatility of the housing market and guided us along the way until we were able to meet our objectives with the sale of our dream home. He stayed connected with us for the last 3 years and always put our needs before his own ensuring that when the time was right, we achieved our targets. We were and continued to be passive home seekers and never felt that our current home would be ranked among some of the most desirable in our neighborhood as it lacked size, a separate rental until, number of washrooms just to name a few. Paul coached us along the way and new exactly what needed to be done for our home to showcase within the ranks of these quick selling homes. Paul encouraged us to welcome insight from competing agents including the longest selling agent in our area and then guaranteed to meet their expectations that they set. Once Paul assured us when the time was right, he reminded my spouse and I that we will work as a team to get what we want. Paul played the part of Jerry Maguire and was that professional agent who checked in with us at every moment throughout the process, from viewings to interests to follow up; we never felt disconnected. Paul managed to do this all while he still managed his current portfolio and reminding us that we were always a priority. Paul’s expert advice helped us highlight the key areas of our home and his portfolio of relationships ensured that we always had the right type of potential buyers come and experience everything our home had to offer. There was never an act of desperation to deviate from our objectives and take the first or lowest offer; Paul made sure that we stayed the course right till the end. Like our last house that Paul sold, he knew how important it was for us to not only find the right buyer to meet our needs but also preserve the legacy of our private street so that we felt satisfaction for our neighbors with the new buyers. In a time when everyone is trying to be a real estate professional and enter the market for their own gains without performing the due diligence required, Paul never compromised his values and stuck to the original principals of his profession. There was always follow up with each visitor, collective feedback used, information shared with us and more importantly staying the course and focusing on what was important to us. Paul sets and raises the bar with every activity that he performs. When it finally came down to choosing between offers, Paul did not settle on anything that didn’t match our needs. He used his expertise and very persuasive skills to facilitate the complex transaction to go our way. When we were fine with the financial offer for our house and hit our target in that area, Paul used his instincts to stretch the offer to a record price that even we couldn’t believe. In a time where people wanted a quick move-in date, Paul was able to get the move out date that we wanted and leveraged his negotiating tactics to do so. We had some concern that our offers would fall off the table based on Paul’s demands, but with Paul’s knowledge and confidence, we were able to come out feeling better than we ever expected. Paul raised the benchmark with the listing and sale of our home and its so evident how other agents follow the actions that Paul used to try and obtain the same results. Paul showed us the money and even more and at the end of the day, we all felt great about the sale. It’s so comforting to know that there are dedicated professionals who go the distance for their customers not thinking of other variables such as commissions or a quick sale. Paul makes the whole process and pleasure and puts satisfaction in our minds. There is never doubt for us with who we go with for the sale of our next home; Paul is not only our realtor of choice but now our even closer friend who always makes us feel valued. Everyone can learn from Paul and those that work with him will always feel content. The transaction was a smooth sailing. I called Paul, he visited the property, arrange staging and pics in two days and list the house the 3rd day. In 5 days I got 20+ showings and the house was sold at huge over asking. Very satisfied....

This was my second time using Paul; but this time we were selling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Paul was professional from top to bottom. We had a 2/3 month old infant while selling our house and he ensured that anyone coming to see the house was wearing masks and gloves. He even dropped off a bottle of hand sanitizer for visitors. He was very delightful to deal with and helped us sell our house for top dollar, the highest at that time for our size home/lot in our area of Brampton.

Mr. Mann is genuine and has your best interest at heart. He was extremely patient with is and ensured to arrange a home viewing quickly once we showed interest. I didn't feel pressured.
