This is not the first time we have used Paul and Alisa for our home buying/selling needs. This time was no different than the other times, Great Personal service, support and suggestions for a quick sale. but this time they sold it in 4 days and we got considerable more than Asking Price! These two are Rock STARS when it comes to Home Selling!

My wife and I had decided that we needed and wanted to downsize from our house. We determined where we wanted to buy however we needed to sell our house first. We knew that during this time the market was up and down. We called on Remax partners Paul Belhumeur and Alisa Larson. They did some pretty incredible research into local selling and prices. They set a price to sell our house that seemed right on. Their Marketing and strategy was most impressive. Within three or four days we had numerous showings and less than a week had several offers. One of which was significantly more that asking. Paul and Alisa made sure all the "T"s" were crossed and the "I"s" were dotted and made sure that we were comfortable with the sale. We look forward to using them for finding our new forever home. We couldn't have been more relaxed and confident with how professional and personable they were.
