Alisa and Paul are real estate market veterans, and have expertise across the entire process of home selling and buying. During an incredibly challenging market this spring, they helped me navigate the TIMING and the selling (for an optimal amount) of my home; moving and purchasing ; (including infinite details you don't think about when deciding where, when, what, & how much to spend) They are an "almanac" of useful statistics, and have a full reference list of quality contractors you might need (from all aspects of home improvement , staging, movers, cleaners , legal, etc.) They spent an inordinate amount of time with me in viewing properties, providing due diligence paperwork on potential purchases, and in follow up after all the transactions were finalized. For the "cost of commission"; they provide far more value than the average realtor to their clients.

I wish to commend my realtors, Debbie Andrews, Paul Belhumeur and Alisa Larson for their professional expertise in locating the exact place I wanted (Debbie) and in selling my townhouse for a most satisfactory price (Paul and Alisa). They were experienced in the market, knowing how to list my place and how to close the deal. Paul was especially helpful in locating the trades needed for upgrades. Also he was the go-between for myself and the seller as their estate was in probate. I am glad to say I now have Title.

Paul and Alisa recently sold our 2 residences and found us a perfect sized rancher to renovate and make our own.
