5/5 Patrick is truly exceptional. From day one he was organized, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He communicated clearly, followed through on everything he promised, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel easy and well-supported. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. If you want a realtor who actually cares and delivers results, he’s the one.

I’ve worked with Patrick for both buying and selling, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. He’s extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process, always making sure I understood what was going on and felt comfortable with decisions. Patrick went above and beyond more times than I can count and was always available, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me get the best outcome. I trust him completely and will never stop recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Patrick came highly recommended to us and we had high expectations of him as a realtor when it came to buying our dream home. If anything, the outstanding reviews we were receiving of him were understated! We were picky, and indecisive about were we wanted to live and what exactly we needed and wanted in that forever home. Patrick took all of the little changes in stride and had a list of beautiful homes for us to choose from. He showed us exactly what we had asked for while keeping our budget in mind. He didn't overwhelm us with unnecessary viewings, and gave sound advice when it came to buying from owners, builders and developers. Not only did we buy the home we wanted, he managed to negotiate the purchase price down even lower and it included other benefits as well. Where Patrick truly shined for us though, was after the sale was done. We ran into some common issues (that anyone who has bought a newly built home has probably also experienced) and he was still there for us. Months after the deal was closed he continued to assist us in any way that he could. I cannot recommend him enough as a realtor, and we would never work with anyone else after how far above and beyond he has gone for us.

I first contacted Patrick when it came time to sell my house mid 2025 after he had come highly regarded from a friend of mine. I still believe I made the best choice to sell my house with Pat. His knowledge of the market and my area particularly saved me quite a lot of time. He gave me a realistic timeline for selling and he didn't promise me anything unrealistic. My expectations for what we had discussed were quite accurate when it came time to accept an offer; his strategy resulted in multiple offers and I was able to choose the most applicable for me. I had dealt with high stress / pushy realtors before, but that was NOT the case when dealing with Patrick. He was able to concisely tell me the information and actions he needed from me, but he was very amenable to my turbulent schedule. Overall I was very happy working with Patrick and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a low-stress experience. He has a well thought out strategy which was clear and made sense to me. It was a pleasure working with Patrick.

Patrick was instrumental in selling our property. His knowledge of the market, the timing, and the staging helped us maximize the profit, and more importantly allowed for a quick sale, which we needed. With all of his hard work and research before listing, we were able to get what we wanted, and sell our property the first day on the market. I would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone selling their property!

He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and responded to all our questions all hours of the day and night. He went above and beyond to help us buy our home. No details were missed or overlooked.
