Patrick is an outstanding real estate agent. As first time home buyers it was a wonderful experience working with Patrick because he is very resourceful and he helped us every step of the way. Patrick is not only responsive but also approachable. He happily answered all of our questions and addressed the concerns. I would definitely recommend Patrick if you are looking for a real estate agent in Edmonton area.

My wife and I met Patrick last winter at an open house. We learned right away that he is an easy guy to like--a cheerful, down-to-earth person, who really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. He was fairly new to the real estate business, but we got the impression (maybe because of his military experience) that this was a person who would go the extra mile to help a client find the right place. And he did. The fact that it took seven months was no fault of Patrick's--he had two "impossible" clients who kept changing their minds about what they wanted and where. I think many realtors would have given up on us in despair but not Patrick---his optimism and good humour never waned. Throughout the process he showed tremendous grace and resilience in his efforts to find us a property that my wife and I could both agree on. Based on our experience, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Patrick as your next realtor.

Patrick is a highly motivated, hard working individual. Any question I had was answered within a few hours, and he gave me all the information I needed at every point in the process. His work ethic and dedication to me as the client made the entire journey completely painless. He was flexible with hours, and always made time for me if I called with questions.
