Paolo is without a question the best agent I've dealt with to date. He is the first realtor I've dealt with that has your interests in mind before a commission cheque, which is extremely rare these days. He knew that I was looking to sell and my pre build was ready in a couple of months. He informed me that it was better to wait until the market was more on the sellers side so that's what I did. By holding on to my property I was able to yield ~8% higher than what I expected to get.
