A well experienced and genuine agent who listens to his client’s needs. Paolo helped us find the right home for us during a very tough real estate market. After switching to work with Paolo after a poor experience with our previous agent, Paolo’s attention to details and his genuine desire to help us find our home was very apparent. Paolo is very patient, and brings his personal experience to his well-planned approach. He always had great communication while sharing listings, viewing properties and placing offers. Paolo also invested the time in order to fully understand what was most important to us, to fit our needs, and constantly reviewed with us our thoughts to ensure we remained on tract. Paolo was able to provide us great details and feedback on neighbourhoods, as well as different things to consider while looking at a property. We are looking forward to working with Paolo again in the future.

Paolo was great to work with. He was flexible and worked around our crazy schedule, and only showed us properties that he knew we would actually consider. It would have been nice to have worked with him longer, but he found us the right home on the 3rd showing!

At the very last minute just as we thought we would not be able to find a new home in time for the arrival of the new baby, Paolo was able to find a perfect house in a perfect location and we made a great final dash to finally get our dream house. Without his persistence to find us the perfect house, we would never find our new home.

Honestly everyone knows how stressful buying and selling a house is, at times Paolo was more of a therapist then a realtor lol he kept us call collected and informed and best of all we bought for below asking and sold wellllll over asking , it was the dream scenario and literally brought me and my wife to tears , thanks Paolo, don’t even hesitate to use him.
